Last week's people's favorite comes from one of my favorite newbies, Branson. She is a talented photographer, and I have enjoyed looking at her photos over the past couple of weeks since she joined the party.  I'm also slightly obsessed with her blog design, but that's another story...

These eyes captured my heart at last week's party and wouldn't let go, so I'm featuring this photo as my favorite.  How can you not love this face with those eyes?! And the story her mom shares on her blog of where this look came from is just priceless. Ah, motherhood!

This week I am featuring a brand newbie.  Last week was Kathy's first time linking up and I am hoping it will not be her last. I had the chance to skim through a few more of her photos on her blog {which, in my opinion, is so creatively titled I can't stand it}.  She has some serious skills when it comes to capturing mundane objects...such as a baseball {which is my favorite so far, Kathy!}

My favorite photo this week is of my {shy?} B.Boy.  I'm seriously shocked at this one.  We took Brody to a baseball game on Tuesday night.  He was having a great time...that is, until he was caught on the Jumbo-tron between the second and third innings.  Jonathan and I were in deep conversation when I spotted my favorite little man on the big screen.  I got excited and pointed it out to Brody, thinking he would be thrilled too.  Nope, he was far from happy to see himself on display for all the baseball fans.  He got a serious look on his face and held his head down in embarrassment for at least five minutes after the incident.  It was both hysterical and shocking. I would have never guessed that our little entertainer would be so shy in front of thousands of people!

  3. It's funny how you think you know your kid and then they react to something completely out of character.

  4. I don't know why but my picture is showing up as a black box when I submitted it for the photo challenge. I don't think I can delete it; I tried. Can you remove so that I can re-enter?
